Webometer lets you limit your access to distracting websites. You can specify how long you wish to browse a website, and how long it should be blocked after each visit.
This application contains a Safari extension, so the functionality will not work with other browsers. You will need to enable the extension, as well as give it access to every website you wish to limit.
